Chicken Hakka Noodles

                       Chicken Hakka Noodles


   List of Ingredients

1.  Thick Egg Noodles
2.  Boiled Chicken cubed (1 cup)
3.  Onion sliced or julienned (1 cup)
4.  Spring Onion cut in thin strips (1 cup)
5.  Carrots cut in thin strips (1 cup)
6.  White Vinegar (1 tbl spn)
7.  Dark Soya Sauce (3 tspn)
8.  Worcestshire Sauce (1 tbl spn)
9.  Salt to taste
10. White Oil

STEP 1 : Here is a look at the primary ingredients for making chicken hakka noodles . Cube and boil the boneless chicken and set aside . Cut the vegetables in thin strips .
 
STEP 2 : Add some salt to a pot of water and boil the thick noodles till its fully cooked .  Once cooked immediately plunge them in ice cold water and drain well . To keep them from sticking to each other drizzle some oil over the noodles .
  
STEP 3 : Heat some oil to the smoking point and add dark soy sauce . The burnt flavor of the soy sauce adds the restaurant like taste . Then add the chicken cubes, vegetable strips and salt to taste .
STEP 4 : Add in the boiled thick noodles and mix well . 
 
STEP 5 : Serve the chicken hakka noodles with some hot sauce and your favorite chinese side dish .
