Ingredients:
1. Basmati rice 1 kg
2. Mutton (cut into small pieces) 2 kg

7. sour yogurt 2 cups (shake)

11. turmeric powder half teaspoon
12. half cup milk with a little saffron
13. coriander or mint leaves, 1 teaspoon
14.3 pieces of cinnamon
15.alubukhara.
16.Like kismis, nuts, dried fruits, ghee, salt taste.

Method: Heat the utensils with potatoes, raisins, nuts, dried fruits with a little salt. Now get rid of onion. Merapate with curd, ginger onion-garlic paste, yellow powder and salt.
