Ingredients:
1.6 pieces of hilsa
2. 1 cup of onion
3. 1 table spoon of margarine
4.1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
5.4 tablespoons of chopped coconut
6.1 tablespoon of oil
7.1 tablespoon of kalijira and
8. 1 pinch.
Preparation Method:
Leave the onion with kalijira after frying oil is hot.
Once the brownish brown color becomes brown, add the fish and yellow powder. Once fried, grate it with a little water. Serve with mustard seeds and semi-cup water for 2-3 minutes and serve them with chopped mustard seeds.
