                                                      Ripe mangoes crunchy pakura



Ingredients:
Cut one and a half cup ripe mango cubes

Deep frying oil

 Percent of a cup of beans

 Six cup rice powder

 half a teaspoon of pepper powder

 Quinoa teaspoon turmeric powder

 Salt to taste


 If you want to have 2 pinches can be hinged

Recipe:

1) Take a bowl of mustard seeds, rice powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and hing. Mix it well with a cup of water and make a fine batter.

2) Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan.

3) Leave one of the oils in each American cube and one on oil. Deep frying until golden and spicy.


Remove oil in a tissue with a tissue. You can serve as a snack with tea.

Tips:


Use this ripe mango for the recipe. But it is not so ripe that it can be melted or squeezed. Use mouches that can be cubeed beautifully.
